* The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damage visible in the product.
* Claims without proper video evidence may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

* Refunds are only applicable in cases of verified damaged products.
* Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Important Notes

* We do not accept returns or claims based on personal preferences such as:

    * “Color did not suit”
    * Change of mind after purchase
